For weeks now Booboo has been nearly crawling, and not just rocking on his hands and knees but even putting one knee forward and one hand forward. But then he'd always just lunge at whatever he was trying to get to and go down on his stomach again. If he wasn't able to reach his prize he'd get back up on his knees and do it again! I've just been waiting for his little light to click on and for him to string those individual little "steps" together before I officially called it crawling. Well today, ta da ta da!!! while at my mom's he finally figured it out! Now the full force of his exploratory energy will be felt and nothing will be safe. Lock up your valuables.
Enjoy!

Yay Walter! An exciting yet terrifying time in the lives of parents.
Hooray for Walter! His auntie is proud of him!
What a cutie, it's amazing how fast these little ones can learn. They grow up too quickly.
What a big boy!!! Wow, that's crazy! I can't wait to see it in person!
Oh, you're in for it now! Congratulations to Booboo on quite an accomplishment! It's crazy, though, how much you don't realize what is at baby-level until they become mobile...
It's pretty exciting, isn't it! My hubby just taught my little guy to crawl up stairs. I don't know how I feel about that yet...I'm glad we don't have any at our house!
You write the cutest blogs. Of course I love seeing superboo go since I'm one of his grandmas. I wonder when he'll go for the stairs :>)
Speaking of feeling good about dishes getting done, I need to do mine. Eva calls her clean and organized places her "Promised Land". She may not be able to conquer all of her house all the time, but her "Promised Land" is sacred.
It was fun to learn all of that about jon. I didn't know a lot of that. We need to double sometime. It's hard to get to know anyone when you've got crazy kids running all over the place every time you are together!
